The production facility is located at No. 199 Jianlin Road, Zhangpu Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, with a factory area of 6,000 square meters and a workforce of 90 employees. The company is primarily engaged in the design, manufacturing, sales, and service of industrial hardware products. Its main product lines include cold heading components (e.g., fasteners), stamping parts, CNC machined parts, and related engineering technical services. It serves a wide range of industrial sectors, from automotive parts manufacturing, electronics and electrical, new energy, to medical equipment, security systems, and home appliances.
The company currently operates over 20 stamping presses ranging from 6.3 tons to 260 tons. Additionally, it is equipped with auxiliary processes such as spot welding, argon welding, tapping, polishing, as well as mold manufacturing equipment, enabling the production of various non-standard and customized stamped and sheet metal parts. The company offers the production of more than 3,000 varieties of spare parts, categorized into structural parts, deep-drawn parts, high-strength parts, precision stamped parts, etc. Raw materials used include cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheets, galvanized steel plates, high-strength steel plates, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and various other materials.
Vox obtained ISO 9001 quality certification in 2006 and is currently promoting and conducting training for the IATF 16949 system. The company is committed to enhancing its quality standards through systematic quality control measures and continuous improvement.
